FEATURED INTERCEPT / DOW-UAP-PR104

Yellow Sea 2025: unresolved infrared event

Selected as the opening signal because it is recent, compact, visually strange and officially catalogued. The room treats it as source footage first: intriguing, unresolved, but not overclaimed.

Future Credibility Ladder

The next phase can include non-official footage, but only if it passes visible standards. Strong material should feel exciting without becoming a free-for-all.

01 / ORIGINUploader, date, place and chain of custody are stated.
02 / RAWNESSOriginal file, metadata or uncompressed copy preferred.
03 / CORROBORATIONMultiple witnesses, sensors, flight data or local reports.
04 / ANALYSISKnown planes, balloons, drones, stars and artifacts checked first.

Shortwave / Reels Bay

Short vertical clips can become classified micro-transmissions: one clip, one claim, one source note, one credibility tag.

  1. Official reels from the archive.
  2. Creator clips with strong provenance.
  3. Reader submissions after manual review.

SHORTWAVE REELS / FACEBOOK SIGNAL BAR

VISIBLE FACEBOOK ORDER · NEWEST SIGNALS FIRST

Fast transmissions, archive mood

This bay pulls the public The Free Zone Facebook reels into the landing page as vertical classified micro-signals: quick hits, viral reach, and an easy jump back to the original reel.

Automatic-ready feed

The design is ready for a live Meta/WordPress feed. Right now the visible reel links are seeded from Facebook; once the Page is connected through an authorized feed, new reels can replace this list automatically without redesigning the page.

Automation note: Facebook does not expose a stable public no-login chronological reel feed for normal front-end pages. The robust version should use a connected Meta/Page feed or a WordPress social-feed plugin; this section is already structured to receive that feed.

PHENOMENA ATLAS / CUFOS-INSPIRED RESEARCH LAYER

TRANSFORMATIVE GUIDE · SOURCE-LED CLASSIFICATION

Not every UFO report is the same kind of mystery

CUFOS separates reports by observation conditions and evidence type: lights at night, objects seen in daylight, radar-visual cases, close encounters and more unusual historical clusters. The Free Zone turns that into a practical reading layer for visitors: what was seen, how it was recorded, what can fool the observer, and what would make the case stronger.

The goal is not to make the archive colder. It is to make the mystery sharper.

DERIVED FROM PUBLIC UFO RESEARCH TAXONOMIESCUFOS SOURCE ↗
NL / NIGHT LIGHTS

Nocturnal lights

Reports dominated by luminous points, formations or moving lights after dark. They are common, dramatic and also vulnerable to aircraft, satellites, planets, balloons and camera exposure effects.

Strong when
Multiple observers, motion data, duration, direction, weather and sky position are recorded.
Watch for
Starlink trains, flares, drones, aircraft approaches, Venus and lens artifacts.
GOOD FOR: FIRST-PASS TRIAGE
DD / DAYLIGHT DISC

Daylight objects

Structured objects seen in daylight: discs, ovals, cigars, spheres or irregular shapes. These cases become stronger when distance, angular size and independent references can be estimated.

Strong when
Clear horizon, known landmarks, corroborating photos or sensor data.
Watch for
Balloons, birds, insects near lens, aircraft reflections and atmospheric mirage.
GOOD FOR: MORPHOLOGY INDEX
RV / RADAR-VISUAL

Radar plus visual

Cases where an object is reportedly seen and also tracked by radar or another sensor. These are not automatically extraordinary, but they deserve careful separation of instrument behavior and witness account.

Strong when
Sensor logs, operator notes, timestamps and independent visual reports line up.
Watch for
Clutter, anomalous propagation, calibration issues and track merging.
GOOD FOR: EVIDENCE RANKING
CE / CLOSE ENCOUNTER

Close encounters

Near-field reports add physical proximity, terrain, witnesses, effects or occupants. They can be culturally powerful, but need especially clear handling because testimony and interpretation easily fuse.

Strong when
Site traces, medical records, independent witnesses or rapid documentation exist.
Watch for
Memory drift, folklore contamination, hoaxes and ambiguous physical evidence.
GOOD FOR: DEEP DOSSIERS
TRI / TRIANGULAR

Black triangles

Large triangular or delta-shaped craft reports often involve slow movement, silent flight and bright corner lights. They sit at the crossroads of witness psychology, aircraft secrecy and genuine unknowns.

Strong when
Size estimate has fixed references and flight path is documented.
Watch for
Aircraft formations, stealth aircraft, drones and light-pattern illusions.
GOOD FOR: SHAPE COMPARISON
FF / FOO FIGHTERS

Historical combat lights

World War II aircrews reported strange lights pacing aircraft. The category matters because it shows that aerial anomalies predate the modern flying-saucer era.

Strong when
Mission records, crew reports and unit history converge.
Watch for
Combat stress, enemy technology rumors, St. Elmo’s fire and misread flak or tracer effects.
GOOD FOR: HISTORICAL CONTEXT
GR / GHOST ROCKETS

Ghost rockets

Post-war Scandinavian reports described rocket-like objects and aerial streaks. Their value is historical: they bridge wartime technology anxiety and later UFO reporting waves.

Strong when
Trajectory, impact claims and official investigation notes exist.
Watch for
Meteors, military tests, rumor propagation and newspaper amplification.
GOOD FOR: TIMELINE BUILDING
NL+ / NATURAL LIGHTS

Natural comparisons

Some phenomena imitate mystery: ball lightning, sprites, meteors, mirages and unusual cloud illumination. A serious archive keeps these near the UFO material instead of hiding them.

Strong when
Weather, geology, astronomy and atmospheric data are checked early.
Watch for
Over-filtering: explaining away a report before the record is complete.
GOOD FOR: SKEPTICAL CONTROL
ACTIVE CLASSIFICATION

Nocturnal lights

Start with time, direction, duration, formation, sky conditions and camera exposure. This class is common, but it becomes interesting when the light behavior survives basic astronomy, satellite and aircraft checks.

Vallee-style behavior lens

AN1Simple anomaly with no lasting interaction.
AN2Physical effect or trace is reported.
AN3Entities or occupants enter the claim.
AN4Witness reports altered reality or perception.
AN5Injury, lasting effect or major transformation is claimed.

How The Free Zone will use this

  • Each future dossier can carry a visible type tag: NL, DD, RV, CE, TRI or historical cluster.
  • Footage can be ranked by source class: official, institutional, creator-verified or community-submitted.
  • Infographics should explain uncertainty instead of decorating around it.
  • Strong non-official footage can enter the archive only with provenance, metadata and review notes.

OPEN SOURCE / SOURCE FIRST

CLAIM. SOURCE. CONTEXT. CONFIDENCE.

The Free Zone does not treat an image, testimony or document as automatic proof of an extraordinary explanation. Every case file must separate the claim, the supporting record, its limitations and the interpretations that remain open.

02 / SOURCEWho released the record and how it reached the archive.
03 / CONTEXTDate, agency, documentary chain and limitations.
